Exceptionally well maintained Merck surplus.
Includes the complete NETZSCH factory documentation package for this machine.
This unit ships with the original equipment documentation retrieved by NETZSCH against its factory commission number: operating and maintenance manual with full technical data, complete bill of materials with NETZSCH part numbers for every assembly and sub-assembly, general arrangement drawing, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, component drawings, recommended spare parts list, and the spare parts order form pre-filled with this machine's commission and job numbers.
Factory identification: NETZSCH MiniCer, Commission No. 2401757, Job/Factory No. 15001384, built 2006 at NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik, Tirschenreuth, Germany. Supplied through NETZSCH Premier Technologies, Exton, Pennsylvania.
Provenance: NETZSCH's own factory bill of materials identifies the original build customer as Merck. The machine carries MSD Research Laboratories asset tags. Acquired from a Merck Sharp & Dohme research facility disposition.
Pharma design: built to NETZSCH's pharma specification — Cr-Ni steel polished to 15 µm with certificates, pressure transmitter in pharma design, and a fully metal-free product path: zirconium oxide grinding chamber liner, zirconium oxide agitator shaft, zirconia separator rings with 0.15 mm gap, PTFE/Teflon product piping and sealings.
Still supported by NETZSCH. The commission file remains active with NETZSCH Premier Technologies and the machine is serviceable. Wear and spare parts remain orderable against the part numbers supplied in the documentation. Note that ceramic components are currently quoted at approximately 90–100 days lead time from Germany — this machine's ceramic grinding chamber, agitator shaft, chamber bottom, and separator ring insert are installed and included.
Utilities: 230 VAC single phase, 60 Hz, 20 A service. No three-phase required. Cooling water 5 L/min at 3 bar max. Compressed air 3–9 bar for the sealing pressure unit.
Control: Siemens MICROMASTER MM420 1.1 kW variable frequency drive with Siemens Advanced Operator Panel. Agitator infinitely variable, 1,500–4,200 rpm. NEMA 4 control enclosure.
The full documentation set transfers to the buyer as PDF on completion of sale.
